HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you fill out the form, we will email you to confirm your booking. After your date and time are confirmed, add us to your calendar. Your dedicated 60-minute appointment will be with one of our friendly stylists, who will understand your specific needs and provide expert advice. If you require more than 60 minutes due to the number of guests or special requirements, we will confirm this with you in the confirmation email.
CAN I BUY ON THE DAY?
Our showroom is well stocked, allowing you to leave with your new outfit the same day if no alterations are needed. To ensure you leave with a product you love, please remember to include the exact items you're interested in and your size when filling out the form, so we can have everything ready upon your arrival.

🚇 If you're arriving by TFL, the nearest underground station to our showroom is Park Royal, which is a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can take bus number 95 or 487 from Park Royal Station to Wendover Court bus stop, which is just 2 stops away and takes approximately 2 minutes by bus.
🚘 If you're arriving by car, there are some free parking spaces on the roadside of Western Avenue, right next to our building. However, we cannot guarantee their availability. Additionally, there is a B&Q car park on the other side of the road, which offers free parking for 3 hours. It is a 5-minute walk to our building from there.
CANCEL OR REBOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Bookings are free for your convenience, and we want to keep it that way. Last minute cancellations harm us, so please stick to your appointment. For rebooking or cancellation, contact us via the chat button on our website or email help@jackmartinmenswear.co.uk
